Established Patients - Follow-Up Visits: $85-115 (depending on complexity)
- Re-take homeopathic case: $195

Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your new patient appointment.
Canceled or rescheduled appointments without appropriate notice will be charged as follows: - Canceled appointment: $100
- Rescheduled appointment: $50
Payment
Payment is expected at time of service. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Debit. Insurance
We do not accept insurance, however, if you have a PPO plan, our office will be happy to do the following: - Submit a health insurance claim form to your insurance company requesting reimbursement of your visit charges.
- We can, in most cases, bill your insurance company for labs and imaging studies.
